I love trying new face primers and this one definitely intrigues me. It perfectly preps the skin by smoothing, blurring the look of pores and imperfections, and filling in fine lines. Ingredients include rosehip, argan oil, and blurring pigments.

Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Invisible Cover Foundation

This foundation changed the beauty game years ago when it was first released. If I am not mistaken, I think they re-formulated it. I actually got the chance to use this foundation over the weekend, and it was pretty good for the most part. The coverage is on the medium side, and I love the satin finish which looks super natural and quite lovely on the skin. This foundation didn't hold up too well on the more oil-prone areas of my face, though. The shine definitely came out to play. But, it's nothing a bit of setting powder couldn't fix. So, how does the new MUFE HD Foundation compare to the original? Well, I think that this newer formulation is much lighter and easier to work with than the older one. That one sort of just sat on my skin and looked pretty mask-like. But this new consistency is so much better. It blends onto the skin like a dream, and my skin still looks like skin, something I can very much appreciate. I received the shade Y245 which actually turned out to be a good match for my skin tone (I am a MAC NC25 for reference). FYI: The Ultra HD Invisible Cover Foundation lineup consists of 40 shades-so awesome!

Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Skin Booster

Another Make Up For Ever product in my bag this month. This serum helps hydrate, nourish, plump and smooth skin, thanks to ingredients like hyaluronic acid and argan oil. You can apply some on the skin before makeup application, or you can add a small drop to your primer or foundation. I have heard lots of good things about this product, so I can't wait to give it a go.

Tarte Rainforest Of The Sea 4-in-1 Setting Mist

This spray is infused with antioxidant marine ingredients that help moisturize, protect, and refresh skin. This acts as your primer, setting spray, hydrating mist, and skin refresher; so it's pretty multi-purpose and tackles a lot, which is nice. I bet this is going to feel fantastic on the skin!

DR. Brandt PoreDermabraison Pore Perfecting Exfoliator

Is it just me or does anyone else feel like this scrub has appeared countless times in many other beauty subscriptions? LOL! Anyways, this scrub deeply cleanses skin while minimizing and tightening pores. The PoreDermabraision Pore Perfecting Exfoliator also helps even and mattify skin, for a smooth and shine free complexion. 

Tory Burch Bel Azur

Thanks to Sephora's Play! beauty subscription, I have been introduced to some really nice fragrances; this one from Tury Burch included. I like the mix of warm and citrus scent in this one. Notes include bergamot, peony, and vetiver.
