Sumptuous Olive eyeshadow ($15.00) by MAC, is definitely one of my favorites. This pretty golden olive (with a veluxe pearl finish) color, looks amazing against my brown eyes. It just makes them pop. I really love the fact that this color is smooth to the touch, easy to blend, and very wearable. Sumptuous Olive is great to sport for either daytime or night.
For day, I like to apply Sumptuous Olive all over my lids and blend it up to my crease just a bit, for that pop of golden olive color. And for night, I apply Sumptuous Olive all over my lids, then take a dark brown or black eyeshadow, and apply that on my outer V for a super sexy smokey look. Either way, this eyeshadow looks fab!

There is something really interesting about this eyeshadow that I just need to point out. In the pan, the shadow obviously is a golden olive color. But when I apply it and it hits a certain angle, the brown undertones become more apparent, and then the color looks more like a golden medium brown. Very cool effect, if I do say so myself.
