I wanted to show you all what clothing pieces I have been accumulating these past few days. It isn't much, but they are staples that will do me well for the remainder of the summer. Summer is almost over, and honestly-I am very much looking forward to fall. I miss the layering, sweaters, boots, scarves, etc....This fall I am hoping to amp up my fashion style, and try new things I wouldn't normally wear or pair together when it comes to clothing. (Note to self-post more outfit of the day posts).

I was on the hunt for a pair of jeggings and I think I found the perfect ones. These are from H&M, and they retail for $19.95. They are made of 98% cotton, and 2% Elastane. These jeggings are super comfy! They don't have any pockets, and they have a comfortable elastic waistline that does not clutch at the waist. The material is great-very strong and thick fabric. I love the stretch that these pants have. They fit my curves just right-not loose and baggy, but not super tight that it does not allow me some room to move either. These look amazing with sandals, as well as boots. I am definitely going to wear these often come fall when I tuck them in my favorite black biker boots.
I am in love with this skirt! I purchased it at Forever 21, and it was a steal-$6.90 I believe. It hugs my curves so perfectly-it's unreal LOL! I wore this stretchy knit black skirt a few days ago with a white tee and some gladiator sandals and I felt so glam, and dare I say it? Sexy. I usually don't wear skirts that are too tight on me-I am more of a flowy skirt kinda gal, but this skirt wowed me. Not to mention that it is super comfortable as well. I think every girl should have a knit skirt such as this one.
Lastly, I got 2 gladiator sandals from a shoe store near where I live for $9.00 each. One in black and the other in dark brown. Looking at the pictures closely, I think both colors look the same LOL! But I love these sandals, so it's OK. They are very comfortable to walk in-even if I am going to be walking for a long period of time. They both have faux snake skin material, and are very shiny. Lately, I have been leaning towards sandals that contain zippers. I find that the sandals with a zipper closure are much more easier to put on/take off as opposed to strap on sandals.
I hope you all enjoyed this post everyone! What are your favorite summer/fall clothing items? Let me know in the comments section :)
